Internship Opportunity
Public Policy Intern
The Public Policy Intern will work closely with conservancy President Julie Crockford to assist with environmental policy advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Draft comments to legislators
- Write action-alerts to constituents
- Interface with public partners and committees
- Schedule meetings
- Summarize proposals
- Provide administrative support to Conservancy President
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in environmental policy and execution
- Familiarity with social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter
Hours
- 8-16 hours per week minimum. May include work from home

Saturday and Sunday (May-October only):
