Lace up your walking shoes and join us for our fourth annual full walkthrough of Frederick Law Olmsted’s masterpiece! Led by Conservancy President Karen Mauney-Brodek, you will enjoy a six-mile walk from Franklin Park to Charlesgate Park.

Take in the sights, sounds and scale of the Emerald Necklace on this special annual walk. There will be brief stops along the way to take in the scenery and talk about the history of the park and our current efforts to restore, improve and advocate for this historic parkland. (Rain Date: Sunday, June 13)

• Refillable water bottle with water
• Lunch and/or snacks
• Hat
• Sunscreen

• Wear comfortable walking shoes
• This is a light rain or shine event but will be rescheduled to Sunday, June 13 for extreme weather. Cancellation notification will be shared via email on Friday, June 12.
• There will be brief stops along the way for lunch, snacks, water and restroom breaks. Most time will be spent walking.
