In this presentation food, technology, art, medicine, storytelling, music and dance come together with our environment to teach us the importance of caring for the earth we all share. This virtual experience will be facilitated by Lorén M. Spears.
Lorén M. Spears, Narragansett, Executive Director of Tomaquag Museum, has been an educator for 25 years and has served as an adjunct faculty at Brown University and at the University of Rhode Island. She shares her cultural knowledge and traditional arts learned through her family with the public through museum programs. She has written curriculum, poetry, and narratives.
