Boston Parks Fitness Series offers Bostonians and visitors FREE in-person workout classes. Open to all fitness levels.
Yoga Flow & Restore: This is a joyful, energizing Vinyasa practice connecting breath with movement. Together, we will cultivate strength, balance and flexibility in the mind and body. We’ll end our classes with some restorative poses which will help create a sense of peace and connection within ourselves. I hope to see you on the mat!
