On Wednesday, March 11 (3/11), join us at the Mattapan Branch of the BPL for our inaugural 311 Day celebration. This is your chance to meet the people behind the phones and the apps. We’ll have live demonstrations on how to get the most out of the BOS:311 app, the opportunity to submit cases in person, and several City departments on hand to answer your questions directly.
