Employment at the Conservancy

The conservancy staff is a small, committed team of parks advocates dedicated to the mission of preserving and activating the Emerald Necklace. Prospective employees can look forward to being part of a group that values communication, coordination and collaboration as it tackles the challenges of caring for more than 1,100 acres of public land. In addition, the Emerald Necklace Conservancy offers a range of internships for college credit, work/study and co-op programs.

Education & Volunteer Coordinator

Are you an educator/environmentalist who wants to engage the next generation?  Then join our team of committed park advocates. We are currently looking for an energetic and inspiring Education & Volunteer Programming Coordinator who can both engage volunteers in forest restoration, park maintenance and environmental educations, and manage motivated youth groups (our teen Youth Leadership and Green Team Programs and our Canopy Classroom for elementary students) all in support of the historic Emerald Necklace park system designed by Frederick Law Olmsted.
