During six 20-minute sessions led by martial artist and fitness instructor, Dorri Li, participants will experience tai chi and qigong movements as an expression of qi flowing through the human form. Li’s aim is to explore and advance a greater understanding of and appreciation for the energy that animates and connects us with the natural world.
