There is a long list of proven health benefits from increased cerebral blood flow to stronger immune defenses. \nTam Willey of Toadstool Walks is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide who believes the practice of Forest Therapy can deepen and broaden our relationships and guides Forest Bathing Walks for all. \n\n
