SUMMARY:Canceled due to heat: Tai Chi Class – In-Person 06/28

Practicing Tai Chi can reduce stress\, increase energy\, balance\, and flexibility\, and ease symptoms of many health problems such as high blood pressure\, asthma\, back pain\, and arthritis. \nLocated in the heart of Roslindale Village\, Yang’s Martial Arts Association (YMAA) of Boston offers Tai Chi\, Kung Fu\, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu\, Kettlebell and Kids Kung Fu classes. YMAA Boston classes share a deep knowledge of the arts in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Founded in 1982 by Dr. Yang\, Jwing-Ming\, YMAA has grown into an international organization that includes 60 schools spread across 19 countries. \nYMAABoston.com \n756 South St\, Roslindale\, MA 02131 \n617-363-9622 \ninfo@ymaaboston.com \n
