The goal is to begin a conversation on how our parks can better serve Black and Brown communities\, particularly during public health crises like COVID-19. \nJoining our webinar are distinguished guests:  \nCatherine T. Morris is the founder and executive director of Boston Art & Music Soul (BAMS) Festival. Held in our own Franklin Park\, BAMS Fest empowers marginalized communities and artists of color throughout Greater Boston. Since its debut in the summer of 2018\, BAMS Fest has provided equitable access and opportunity for marginalized audiences and artists of color to experience high-quality live arts and music programming in Boston with over 8\,500 attendees.  \nSara Jensen Carr is a professor of architecture at Northeastern University. Sara teaches and researches primarily the connections between landscape\, human health\, urban ecology\, and design.  Her current book in progress\, The Topography of Wellness: Health and the American Urban Landscape\, examines landscape responses to six historical urban epidemics and the implication for current and future practice. \nThis webinar will be hosted on Zoom.
