CHECK-IN AT LUNCH

If you purchased raffle tickets or pre-registered, skip check-in and join your friends in the reception tent.
To register at the event, you will check-in and be given your table number. You can also provide your cell phone number and credit card at check-in to use your smart phone for mobile bidding during Lunch.

Don’t have a smart phone for check-in? Your table number will be written on an escort card for you.

Reserve your trolley seats today online
In our continuing effort to be “green”, we have trolleys to take you to and from the lunch, trolleys from Brookline, Chestnut Hill and Dedham as well as trolleys from four Boston locations. They do fill up quickly. Reserve your seats now.

Valet Parking
Those driving can use our complimentary valet parking. Please plan extra time at departure to retrieve your vehicle. Set your GPS for 350 Jamaicaway, Boston, MA.

Car Service / Taxi / Uber

Making a Donation this year

All our fundraising energies this year are focused on raising funds for the Olmsted Tree Society to restore and maintain trees in the Emerald Necklace. There will be a lively fundraising effort during the Luncheon.

Table Captains & Committee Members
Please let each person at your table know they can pre-register to receive a text with a link to their table number the morning of the event, skipping the check-in line and use their phone to place a bid to support the care of trees in the Emerald Necklace.
